Delicious Milling Zambia Limited (DMZ) runs a maize mill with the capacity to process 100 tons of grain a day — roughly 2,600 tons a month. The plant sits north of Lusaka in the Chibombo District, reached by tarred road along the Great North Road, close to the customers it serves.
